Cheapest Valorant VP in Malaysia and the Pack to Skip

We compare prices across every seller we list and rank by price alone. MangoRecharge earns from ads, never from seller commissions.

Malaysia's lowest Valorant VP prices sit in the middle of the countries we compared. They are below Japan and Chile on six of seven packs, and above the United States on the same six. Nearly all of that comes down to a single seller, DearPlayers Philippines, which holds the lowest price on every pack but one.

That one exception is the most useful thing in this article. The 7,400 VP pack costs more than it should, and you can get the same amount for $6.07 less.

Prices across the seven packs

Four sellers are quoting in Malaysia. Figures are in US dollars.

| Pack | Cheapest | Seller | Sellers quoting | Spread | |---|---|---|---|---| | 475 VP | $3.76 | DearPlayers Philippines | 2 | 32% | | 1,000 VP | $7.54 | DearPlayers Philippines | 4 | 45% | | 2,050 VP | $15.06 | DearPlayers Philippines | 4 | 40% | | 3,650 VP | $26.58 | DearPlayers Philippines | 4 | 38% | | 5,350 VP | $38.09 | DearPlayers Philippines | 4 | 38% | | 7,400 VP | $59.22 | LootBar | 1 | 0% | | 11,000 VP | $76.18 | DearPlayers Philippines | 4 | 39% |

DearPlayers Philippines is labelled a third-party seller on MangoRecharge, and LootBar is labelled an established reseller.

These spreads are wide, and that matters more than any cross-country gap. On 1,000 VP, quotes run from $7.54 to $10.94, a difference of $3.40. On 5,350 VP the gap is $14.31 ($38.09 to $52.40), and on 11,000 VP it reaches $29.42 ($76.18 to $105.60). Buying a large pack from the wrong seller costs far more than anything you could save by comparing countries.

The 7,400 VP problem

| Pack | Cost per 100 VP | Change from previous pack | |---|---|---| | 475 VP | $0.792 | — | | 1,000 VP | $0.754 | -4.7% | | 2,050 VP | $0.735 | -2.6% | | 3,650 VP | $0.728 | -0.9% | | 5,350 VP | $0.712 | -2.2% | | 7,400 VP | $0.800 | +12.4% | | 11,000 VP | $0.693 | -13.5% |

The rate improves steadily from 475 VP to 5,350 VP, and then it jumps. The step from 5,350 to 7,400 is the only place where a bigger pack costs more per VP. At $0.800 per 100 VP, 7,400 is more expensive per unit than even the smallest pack.

The first table offers a clue. Only LootBar quotes this size, so there is no second price to compare it with. The sum is simple:

  • 5,350 VP at $38.09 plus 2,050 VP at $15.06 gives exactly 7,400 VP for $53.15.
  • The single 7,400 pack is $59.22.
  • Splitting the purchase saves $6.07.

That assumes the DearPlayers listing works for your account, which is the next point.

Other pack sums are closer. Two 5,350 packs give 10,700 VP for $76.18, and one 11,000 pack costs the same $76.18 with 300 VP more, so take the single pack. It has the best rate on the list at $0.693 per 100 VP.

At the small end, two 475 packs give 950 VP for $7.52. One 1,000 pack costs just $0.02 more and holds 50 VP extra. Likewise, two 1,000 packs give 2,000 VP for $15.08, while one 2,050 pack costs $15.06 and holds 50 VP more. In this price list, one larger pack almost always beats two smaller ones, apart from the 7,400 case.

Why the seller's quote currency deserves a look

All six prices quoted in a currency other than US dollars on the Malaysian list belong to DearPlayers Philippines, and all six are in Philippine pesos: from 221.16 PHP for 475 VP up to 4481.4 PHP for 11,000 VP. No low price on this list is quoted in Malaysian currency.

A seller with another country in its name, quoting pesos, may well have a listing aimed at that country. It appears in the Malaysian comparison, but that does not settle whether it will work on your account. Check that the listing serves your account region before you rely on any of these low figures. We cannot promise that it does.

If it does not, the fallback is the rest of the sellers on the compare page. Do not try to get around a region lock by using a VPN or changing your account country.

How Malaysia compares

Against the United States. Malaysia is higher on six packs and level on 7,400 VP. Joytify holds the low spot in the American list. The gap grows with pack size: $0.43 on 475 VP, $0.87 on 1,000 VP, $1.69 on 2,050 VP, $3.18 on 3,650 VP, $4.65 on 5,350 VP and $9.29 on 11,000 VP.

Against Japan and Chile. These two show the same figures as each other, and Malaysia is below both on six packs. The difference is $1.19 on 475 VP, $1.02 on 1,000 VP, $2.05 on 2,050 VP, $3.36 on 3,650 VP, $4.68 on 5,350 VP and $8.42 on 11,000 VP. LootBar leads most of those packs in Japan and Chile, and Eldorado.gg leads on 475 VP.

The top of the range. The highest quote on every pack is identical across all four countries. Only the low end moves. So Malaysia's position depends entirely on the DearPlayers Philippines figures. Without them, you should not assume the Malaysian comparison looks the same.

Things to confirm first

  • The listing serves your account region, especially for the peso-quoted prices.
  • The pack is the size you want. 7,400 VP may be better bought as two packs.
  • The checkout total matches what you expected, in the currency the seller charges.
  • You have noted the seller's label on MangoRecharge: official, established reseller or third-party seller.
  • Nobody is asking for your account password. Do not share it with any seller.

Choosing a pack

For a one-off purchase, 1,000 VP at $7.54 or 2,050 VP at $15.06 gives a better rate than 475 VP. If you want a bigger balance, 5,350 VP at $38.09 and 11,000 VP at $76.18 are the strongest values on the list. Leave out 7,400 VP unless you specifically want a single purchase from LootBar.

These figures are a snapshot at the time of writing, and sellers change prices without notice. A pack with a 45% spread rewards a quick look before you pay, so compare Valorant prices and see who is quoting for your pack.
