Cheapest PUBG Mobile UC in Japan: A Tighter 60 UC Price Range

We compare prices across every seller we list and rank by price alone. MangoRecharge earns from ads, never from seller commissions.

Japan's PUBG Mobile UC prices are not lower than anyone else's. What sets them apart is how little the smallest pack varies. When we checked, the dearest 60 UC quote for Japan was $0.99, only 12 cents above the cheapest at $0.87 — a 14% spread. In the United States and the UK, the same pack stretches up to $1.08, a 24% spread. So in Japan, picking the wrong seller for a small top-up costs you less.

Japan also shares its complete price list with Italy and Spain: the three countries were identical, entry for entry, in our comparison.

Japan's prices by pack

Fifteen sellers had current prices for Japan at the time of writing:

| Pack | Cheapest | Seller | Sellers quoting | Dearest | Spread | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | 60 UC | $0.87 | APKPure Store | 15 | $0.99 | 14% | | 325 UC | $4.55 | MRCODA | 6 | $5.00 | 10% | | 660 UC | $9.09 | MRCODA | 6 | $9.99 | 10% | | 1,800 UC | $22.46 | MRCODA | 6 | $24.94 | 11% | | 3,850 UC | $44.19 | Eldorado.gg | 5 | $47.57 | 8% | | 8,100 UC | $88.50 | Eldorado.gg | 6 | $99.01 | 12% |

The three cheapest sellers are listed as third-party sellers on MangoRecharge. None of the cheapest quotes was in yen; each is a dollar price, and the yen amount you pay depends on your card's conversion.

Where Japan stops being different

The narrow range is limited to 60 UC. From 325 UC up, Japan's table is the same as the US, UK and German tables: same cheapest price, same cheapest seller, same dearest quote, on every row. So the tight spread helps players who top up in small amounts and does nothing for bigger purchases.

For a contrast in the other direction, Greece has the same cheapest prices but tighter top ends on the middle packs: its dearest 660 UC quote is $9.31 (2% above the cheapest) and its dearest 8,100 UC is $95.15. Japan's dearest quotes on those rows are $9.99 and $99.01. Taiwan, like Japan, tops 60 UC out at $0.99.

The per-unit staircase

| Pack | Cost per 100 UC | Step saving | |---|---|---| | 60 UC | $1.450 | — | | 325 UC | $1.400 | 3.4% | | 660 UC | $1.377 | 1.6% | | 1,800 UC | $1.248 | 9.4% | | 3,850 UC | $1.148 | 8.0% | | 8,100 UC | $1.093 | 4.8% |

Read it as a staircase with uneven steps. The first two steps are shallow: from 60 to 660 UC, the per-unit cost falls by only 5.0% in total. Then comes the steepest step, 660 to 1,800 UC, worth 9.4% on its own. After that, the savings keep coming but taper off: 8.0%, then 4.8%.

Across the whole range, from 60 UC to 8,100 UC, the cost per 100 UC falls 24.6%. No pack in the Japanese list costs more per UC than a smaller pack, so there is no tier to avoid on value grounds alone.

Seller choice vs pack choice

Japan is a good place to see which decision matters more.

Seller choice, on the smallest pack: the worst case is 12 cents on 60 UC.

Seller choice, on the largest pack: the 8,100 UC row runs from $88.50 to $99.01. That $10.51 gap is the biggest dollar difference in the table, followed by $3.38 on 3,850 UC and $2.48 on 1,800 UC.

Pack choice: 135 packs of 60 UC add up to exactly 8,100 UC and cost $117.45 at the cheapest price, or $28.95 more than one 8,100 UC pack. Even 30 packs of 60 UC — exactly 1,800 UC — cost $26.10 against $22.46, so $3.64 more.

Pack choice wins by a wide margin. In Japan, where small-pack sellers are bunched together, the decision that actually moves your spend is how much UC you buy at once.

Choosing a pack in Japan

  • Occasional players: the tight 60 UC range means you are unlikely to overpay much on a single small top-up. But you are still paying the highest per-UC rate in the table.
  • Between 325 and 660 UC: two 325 packs (650 UC, $9.10) and one 660 pack (660 UC, $9.09) are practically identical. Buy whichever fits.
  • Regular players: 1,800 UC is where the staircase gets steep. Moving up to 3,850 UC saves a further 8.0% per unit.
  • Large buyers: check the seller carefully on the 8,100 UC row, since that is where the $10.51 gap lives. Two 3,850 UC packs come to $88.38 for 7,700 UC, so the single 8,100 UC pack gives 400 more UC for 12 cents more.
