Anyone looking up a Honkai: Star Rail top up in the Philippines usually expects to find a peso price that beats everyone else. When we checked, that price did not exist. None of the eight sellers with listings for the Philippines quoted Oneiric Shards in pesos — every quote was in US dollars — and the shard prices matched those shown for Malaysia and Indonesia tier for tier.
That is not bad news. It just moves the decision somewhere more useful: which pack you buy, and which seller you buy it from on that pack. Both of those turned out to matter far more than the country setting.
The Philippines price table
Five pack sizes had current, comparable prices at the time of writing:
| Pack | Cheapest | Seller | Sellers quoting | Dearest | Spread | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | 60 Oneiric Shards | $0.92 | Eldorado.gg | 4 | $1.04 | 13% | | 330 Oneiric Shards | $4.52 | Eldorado.gg | 3 | $5.20 | 15% | | 1,090 Oneiric Shards | $12.79 | Eldorado.gg | 3 | $16.07 | 26% | | 2,240 Oneiric Shards | $22.79 | Eldorado.gg | 3 | $30.84 | 35% | | 3,880 Oneiric Shards | $37.79 | Eldorado.gg | 3 | $54.98 | 45% |
One seller, Eldorado.gg, held the lowest quote on all five packs. It is listed as a third-party seller on MangoRecharge. A single seller topping every row is less common than you might think, and it makes the table easy to read: the cheapest price on each line came from the same place.
The interesting column is the last one. The spread between cheapest and dearest grows with every step up the ladder — 13%, 15%, 26%, 35%, then 45%. Small packs are priced in a tight band. Large packs are where sellers disagree most.
Cost per 100 shards, pack by pack
Dividing each cheapest price by the shard count gives the real rate you are paying:
| Pack | Cost per 100 shards | |---|---| | 60 | $1.53 | | 330 | $1.37 | | 1,090 | $1.17 | | 2,240 | $1.02 | | 3,880 | $0.97 |
The rate falls at every step; no tier in the Philippines table is worse value than the one below it. From 60 shards to 3,880 shards, the cost per shard drops by 36.5% (from $0.01533 to $0.00974 each).
The steepest part of that slope sits in the middle. Going from 1,090 to 2,240 takes about 16 cents off every 100 shards. Going from 2,240 to 3,880 takes off only about 4 cents more. That makes 2,240 the clearest value point for most budgets: it captures most of the per-shard saving without the larger outlay.
What splitting a purchase costs you
Because the curve only goes one way, buying the same total in smaller pieces is always the dearer route. Using only the cheapest quotes above:
- Three 330 packs vs one 1,090 pack. Three 330s give you 990 shards for $13.56. One 1,090 pack gives you 1,090 shards for $12.79. You get 100 more shards and pay $0.77 less.
- Two 1,090 packs vs one 2,240 pack. Two 1,090s give you 2,180 shards for $25.58. The 2,240 pack gives 60 more shards for $22.79 — $2.79 less.
- 2,240 + 1,090 + 330 vs one 3,880 pack. That combination totals 3,660 shards for $40.10. The single 3,880 pack is 220 shards more and $2.31 cheaper.
In every case, the bigger single pack gives you more shards for less money. If you know you will spend a certain amount over the next few weeks anyway, consolidating into one larger top up is where the saving lives.
How the Philippines compares with other countries
The Philippines table is identical, tier for tier and cent for cent, to the ones for Malaysia and Indonesia. Looking at the full set of listings rather than just the cheapest ones, the Philippines also shares an identical full price list with Turkey, India, Thailand, Singapore and Poland. In other words, there is no Philippines-only price for Honkai: Star Rail shards; the region you sit in is grouped with several others under exactly the same quotes.
Where countries do differ, it is only at the very bottom of the ladder:
| Country | Cheapest 60 shards | Seller | Sellers quoting 60 | |---|---|---|---| | The Philippines | $0.92 | Eldorado.gg | 4 | | The United States | $0.90 | Topuplist | 5 | | Japan | $0.90 | Topuplist | 5 | | The UK | $0.85 | KeyGold | 6 |
From 330 shards upward, all four countries show the same cheapest price, the same seller and the same spread. The only gap is the 60 pack, where buyers looking at the UK listings saw a quote 7 cents lower than the Philippines one. On a 60-shard pack that is about 8%, but in cash terms it is small change — and it disappears entirely as soon as you move up a tier.
So the honest answer to "where is Honkai: Star Rail cheapest for the Philippines" is: not in a different country. It is in the pack size.
The same-pack gap is the expensive mistake
The biggest single gap in the table is on 3,880 shards: $37.79 at the cheapest seller versus $54.98 at the dearest. That is $17.19 for the identical number of shards, a 45% premium. On 2,240 shards the gap is $8.05.
Put that next to the pack-size effect and the ranking of what matters becomes clear:
- Buying a large pack from the dearest seller can cost more than buying it from the cheapest by a wider margin than any pack-size decision.
- Pack size comes second — a 36.5% swing in cost per shard between smallest and largest.
- The country setting comes last, with a 7-cent difference on one tier.
Before you buy
A few checks that matter more than shaving cents:
- Match the server. Honkai: Star Rail accounts are tied to a server region. Confirm the listing you choose covers the server your account plays on before paying.
- Know the delivery method. Some listings top up directly using your UID; others deliver a code you redeem yourself. Read which one you are buying.
- Read the pack name carefully. Make sure the shard amount in the listing is the amount you expect, especially on larger packs where the price gaps are widest.
- Watch the currency conversion. Prices here are in US dollars. Your bank or e-wallet will convert to pesos at its own rate, which can add a little on top.

The short version
There is no cheaper peso price list for Honkai: Star Rail shards in the Philippines — the quotes match Malaysia and Indonesia exactly. What changes your total is choosing the 2,240 or 3,880 pack instead of stacking small ones, and making sure you are buying from the cheapest seller on that pack rather than the dearest one, where the gap reached $17.19 on a single purchase.
